We are highly skilled and experienced in providing roofing and construction services, which is evident from the successful completion of our previous projects. We are currently working on several high-profile projects, including the Department of Defense (DOD), Army Corps of Engineers Sea Walls project, and joint private sector power plants with the Japanese Government throughout Japan. Our expertise has been refined over the years through our work on these remarkable projects.

We were originally named "ROOFING 2000" and have been licensed and insured since 1994. Our company initially started as a trade service provider, offering installation and repair services for roofs in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. Over the years, we grew into a reliable corporation and expanded our offerings to include a wide range of services. We also began to explore the possibility of developing our own roofing products with the goal of one day offering our customers a guaranteed product line.

As we always have, we continue to offer a five-year "no leak" warranty on all of our projects. If our product line is used on the project, we offer an even better warranty - a ten-year "no leak" warranty, to be exact. InduraRoof, Inc. confidently guarantees all roofing services, including repairs and maintenance of existing damaged systems, with a ten-year "no leak" warranty.

ESTIMATE
We will call you with a preliminary verbal estimate within the next day. Larger reviews of projects requiring the takeoffs of drawings will take a few days for our estimating department to review
ESTIMATE PRICING ACCEPTED
When we call, or you can call us back with your approval to move forward and have us conduct the work based on the price we offered verbally.
SITE VISIT
Upon your approval of the estimate, a site visit will be scheduled with our estimator to gather additional information necessary for our installation crew. For example—considerations such as equipment power supply, work staging area, trim removal, and other details of your floor plan will be accounted for.
WRITTEN PROPOSAL
We will then create your customized final proposal with a written project scope, exclusions, site requirements that must be provided by the owner for a successful installation, a complete production plan, signature page and deposit information.
SIGNATURE & DEPOSIT
Upon your approval, you can digitally sign and ay via our online systems of which you would have received the proposals from in your email. Every option and form of payment is accepted and can be completed with our online systems for your convenance.
MATERIALS ORDERED
Any materials not available in stock will be special ordered for your project. Keep in mind that this can extend project timelines as much as 4-5 weeks due to current shipping conditions depending on materials and the availability.
PROJECT SCHEDULING
After we have a firm date for delivery of any needed materials, we will place your proposal into our current project schedule. This schedule is our best given other projects already scheduled, acknowledging that current projects underway have the potential to result in delays if you held the proposal or estimate for more than a day.

Our ColorFlake Coating is developed to hold the unique look of the surface. It can be used in a variety of configurations, or bought in our Two-Step "ColorFlake" or Three-Step "InduraKit" System. Always apply a Primer before applying a Designer Coat.
Choose from 12 standard colors, 5 safety colors or our variety of metallic pigments and flakes and, if needed, based on the traction needs of your location, adjust the texture of the waterproof surface of your ColorFlake 1100™ System by adding nonSkidGrit™.
For additional UV protection and to provide superior abrasion resistance, finish with our 1K Diamond™ TopCoat. If your surface requires additional protection (such as in Food, Healthcare or Hospitality environments) fortify surfaces where it counts with our antimicrobial NanoCoat PATC™ TopCoat.

FOR TEXTURE AND TRACTION
High gloss epoxy surfaces with a fine finished look may become slippery when wet. Additional traction and slip resistance is created by adjusting the texture of the surface with a slip resistant additive. Add the grit into the Coating and apply as usual. Our Translucent Grit does not impact the underlying epoxy color. Excellent for barefoot, agricultural, livestock or marine deck applications to increase texture and traction on porches and decks, pool sides, showers and steps, livestock areas, barns, kennels, launch ramps, docks and transom platforms. SOLUTIONS FOR OIL, RUST AND QUARRY TILE
Our "Direct-To" series brings Primers to a new level. Each product is designed to be applied directly to impossible surfaces. Because Our Direct-To Primers can be applied directly over oily surfaces, rust and onto quarry tiles in commercial kitchens, costly, time-intensive and potentially hazardous preparation such as chemical removal, shotblasting or grinding can be avoided.
In addition to this, because the DIrect-To Primers by InduraFloor are non-toxic and give off ZERO VOCs, the risk of exposure to any harmful chemicals or smells during the installation process or the final finished product is completely eliminated.

Although designed for marine applications, the properties of HydroFlex can also be of excellent use for a variety of wet applications on land.
